Banner Information for Stellar Rail 3.4
The banner content for this version is quite rich, divided into three parts: the first-half banner, the Fate/stay night collaboration banner, and the second-half banner. Here are the specifics:
First-Half Banner
The new character Byakuya will make her debut, accompanied by the return of characters Tia, Hanabi, and Xingqi. Byakuya is a 5-star physical-type destruction character who does not rely on energy to unleash her ultimate skill. Instead, she triggers her ultimate by accumulating “Destruction” stacks. Once the specified number of stacks is reached, Byakuya enters “Realm” mode, where only she remains on the field, gaining multiple self-enhancement effects and the ability to use three unique skills. After a fixed number of turns, Byakuya will exit Realm mode, dealing distributed damage to all enemies.
Byakuya’s combat rhythm is closely related to team coordination. Teammates need to provide buffs for her outside of Realm mode to help her accumulate Destruction stacks and trigger her ultimate. Once in Realm mode, all buff effects will not disappear due to the passage of turns, allowing Byakuya to deal higher burst damage during her fixed action period.
In addition to Byakuya, the first-half banner includes:

Character Banner: Byakuya (5★ new), Tia (5★), Hanabi (5★), Xingqi (5★)
Memory Banner: Dawn Burns Like This (5★ new), If Time Were a Flower (5★), Flight Back to Earth (5★), Game Dust (5★)
4★ Banners: Tingyun March 7th Yukong, The Story’s Next Page, Planetary Rendezvous, Under the Blue Sky

Fate/Stay Night Collaboration Banner
This Fate/stay night collaboration banner is one of the major highlights of this version, introducing two new characters: Saber and Archer. The collaboration banner is expected to begin on July 11, 2025, with the exact end date to be determined. Note that this collaboration banner does not have a fixed end date or a 4-star character rate-up.
The collaboration banner includes:

Character Banner: Saber (5★ new), Archer (5★ new)
Memory Banner: No Return Coronation (5★ new), Ideal Burning Hell (5★ new)

Second-Half Banner
The second-half banner will feature the return of characters Hotaru, Kagari, and Jin. Details will be announced soon.
